Coffman Media, LLC operates coffmanmedia.com and affiliated websites, Internet-based portals to information, social networking communication platforms, and other online services (collectively, the “Services”) in order to provide information about our products and services. This Privacy Policy serves as the agreement between the Coffman Media and visitors to or users (collectively, “you” or “Users”) of the Services to which this this Privacy Policy is expressly linked, and governs our use of your personal information that we collect from you. Services in which this Privacy Policy is not expressly linked may be governed by a different policy.

We collect personal data when you access certain of the Services and complete the required information request form and/or otherwise provide such information to us.  The information that each User must supply on the applicable form may include, without limitation: (a) the name of the User’s business entity (“Entity”) (as well as any applicable Entity’s trade name and business entity type (e.g., corporation, limited liability company, partnership, etc.)); (b) the Entity’s street address; (c) the Entity’s primary contact’s full name; (d) the Entity’s primary contact’s e-mail address; (e) the Entity’s primary contact’s telephone number; (f) the User’s full name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number; and/or (g) any other information requested on the applicable form.

Information We Collect, Use, and Share

Coffman Media places great importance on maintaining and protecting your private information. We do not require registration to access certain portions of the Services, in which case the only information collected is standard internet information such as cookies and server logs. However, certain information supplied by Users, particularly Users who have registered on the Services, will be used by Coffman Media to provide you with requested information or services.

Portions of the Services require that Users give us contact information, such as name, company name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address. Your California Privacy Rights

Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code Section 1798.83 (or such successor provision), as amended and supplemented, residents of California have the right to request from a business with whom the California resident has an established business relationship certain information with respect to the types of Personal Information the business shares with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.

In addition, an operator of a commercial website subject to California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 must allow California residents under age 18 who are registered users of online sites, services or applications to request and obtain removal of content or information they have publicly posted. Individual Rights: Deleting, Modifying and Updating Your Personal Information

At your request, we will: (a) inform you of what personal information we have on file for you, in a machine-readable format; (b) amend the personal information that we have on file for you; and/or (c) completely remove personal information that you have provided to us, or that we have collected, from our servers/databases.  You may make such a request by e-mailing us at: customerservice@coffmanmedia.com.  We ask individual Users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests.

Please be advised that deleting your personal information may terminate your access to certain of the Services.  If you wish to continue using the full complement of Services, you may not be able to delete all of the personal information that we have on file for you.

Visiting the Services From Outside of the United States

If you are visiting the Site from a country other than the country in which our servers are located, your communications with us may result in the transfer of personal information across international boundaries. By visiting the Site and/or otherwise communicating electronically with us, you consent to such transfers.  Even if your jurisdiction does not have the same privacy laws as the jurisdiction where our servers are located, we will treat your information as subject to the protections described in this Privacy Policy.
